Where can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number as well as a link to track your package.
Can I cancel my order?
When an order is placed, we begin processing the order immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. We're unable to cancel or change an order once it's submitted.
What happens if a product I ordered is backordered?
If an item on your order is out-of-stock, we’ll send you an email with the expected in-stock date. The rest of your order will ship on time and you can choose to have the out-of-stock item shipped to you when available at no extra charge or to cancel the item.
I received damaged products, what is your return policy?
If an item arrives damaged or defective, let us know and we’ll make it right. Simply contact us at email@example.com.
How do I return my order?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I returned my order, where is my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Are your products natural or organic?
We, at Glow & Go, aim to create the world's purest organic and all-natural line of cosmetics, beauty products, and skin care. We truly believe that using natural, eco-friendly products is the safest and most effective way to look and feel your best.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We do not test on animals. This has always been the case and always will be.
Will my product melt/freeze in certain temperatures?
If a product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for a short period of time, it will not impact its efficacy, although you may notice a change in texture. Prolonged exposure may cause a product to spoil or be less effective.
